This Contracts Manager role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple projects while working closely with commercial and operational teams. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. About the Role
The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects, managing site teams, and ensuring delivery meets both commercial and technical expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple contracts across commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and retrofit projects
* Leading and coordinating a team of site operatives and supervisors
* Overseeing approximately 20+ operatives across various sites
* Working closely with the finance and business development teams
* Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Managing site supervisors and supporting their day-to-day activities
* Handling different personalities and maintaining strong team performance
* Maintaining high standards across all building and technical work
* Applying knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general building practices
* Monitoring progress and resolving issues proactively
* Ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements
* Organising workloads and prioritising tasks effectively
