Project Manager – a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Project Manager to join the expanding team based in the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.
The Project Manager will initially head up the team working on MoD contracts ranging from £10m – £30m.

Requirements:
– Experience delivering D&B projects as Project Lead
– Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
– Experience managing clients and sub-contractors
– SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

– Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
– Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
– Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
– Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

The Package:
– Basic salary of £70,000 – £75,000
– Company Car or Car Allowance

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager delivering construction projects ranging from £10m+
