Responsibilities

* Lead commercial management across multiple residential developments

* Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting

* Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation, and contract administration

* Drive value engineering and cost control throughout project lifecycle

* Work closely with internal teams including construction, technical, and land

* Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential construction

* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

* Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale developments

* Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts

* Ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders

* Ambition to progress within a leading developer environment
