Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant / Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid (Cuffley)

I’m currently supporting a team working with Tier 1 contractors, and we’re looking for either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join on a flexible, long-term basis.

This is ideal for someone looking to develop, gain exposure, and work with a strong commercial team.

📍 Location:

Near Enfield(1 day per week in the office)

The rest of the week is remote working

💼 The Role:

Supporting commercial teams across Tier 1 construction projects

Assisting with cost management, valuations, and contract administration

Gaining hands-on experience within a structured environment

📑 Experience Required:

Exposure to JCT and/or NEC contracts

Previous experience in a QS or Assistant QS role

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

💰 Engagement Options:

PAYE or Ltd (invoice basis) available
