Senior QS role in Essex

I'm currently working with a growing specialist construction company that delivers innovative environmentally sustainable solutions across high-profile, flagship projects in and around London.

They're looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis, working from their Essex office with occasional site visits. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll be a key part of a small, close‑knit, and expanding commercial team, with strong involvement in client management and commercial decision‑making.

This role is ideal for someone from any construction background, also considering rail, civil engineering, or similar background, someone who wants to make an impact, take ownership, and grow with a business, rather than being lost in a larger organisation.

Salary is up to £80,000 + package (DOE) – 21 days holiday, Christmas shut down, Car allowance, private healthcare, pension scheme.
