Temporary Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)
Location: Nottingham (NG9 area)
Duration: Approx. 14 weeks starting mid‑May
Rate: £18–£20 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a live retrofit project working in occupied residential properties. This is a people‑focused role, ideal for someone confident dealing with residents, managing communications, and supporting smooth project delivery on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works
* Build positive relationships with tenants and leaseholders
* Coordinate and attend resident meetings, drop‑ins and information sessions
* Communicate project updates, timelines and access requirements clearly
* Log and manage resident enquiries, concerns and complaints
* Coordinate access for surveys, installations and follow‑up visits
* Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions
* Liaise closely with site and project teams to resolve issues promptly
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in resident liaison, housing, customer service or community engagement
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident handling sensitive or challenging situations
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
* Flexible approach to working hours when required
* DBS in place or willingness to obtain one
