Preconstruction Manager

We are looking to appoint a Preconstruction Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering major residential and mixed-use schemes across London.

This Preconstruction Manager role will see you working closely with senior leadership, taking schemes from early-stage feasibility through to tender submission. The successful Preconstruction Manager will play a key role in driving design, programme and buildability on complex projects.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing the preconstruction process from Stage 2–4

* Coordinating design teams and external consultants

* Supporting cost planning and value engineering

* Leading elements of tender submissions and programmes

* Ensuring buildability and technical compliance

Requirements:

* Experience as a Preconstruction Manager, Design Manager or Technical Manager

* Background delivering residential or mixed-use schemes

* Strong understanding of preconstruction, design and programme

* Confident managing consultants and driving design teams
