Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for a leading main contractor delivering construction and fit out projects across London.

This role will suit someone with strong experience delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality and HSEQ standards are consistently met.

You will take full responsibility for project delivery while coordinating closely with clients, consultants, design teams and subcontractors.

Key duties

* Delivering construction and fit out projects from pre-construction to completion

* Managing programme, cost control, quality and HSEQ standards

* Coordinating design, commercial and site delivery teams

* Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors

* Driving successful project delivery

Requirements

* Experience as a Project Manager on construction or fit out projects

* Strong knowledge of design & build delivery

* Good leadership and communication skills

* Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability

* Experience delivering London-based projects
