With a growing presence in London—now accounting for around 50% of our workload—we are looking to expand our team with a talented Building Services Engineer.
The Role
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of building services projects across a range of sectors including commercial offices, residential developments, PBSA, and hotels. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy with a strong pipeline of London-based work.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver building services designs across full project lifecycle (RIBA Stages 1–6)
*
Work on large-scale commercial and residential developments
*
Produce and review detailed design drawings and specifications
*
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants
*
Ensure compliance with current and upcoming regulations and standards
*
Attend client and design team meetings
*
Support project delivery from concept through to handover
*
Use AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality technical drawings
*
Contribute to value engineering and commercial decision-making
*
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering
*
Proven experience on large-scale projects (offices, residential, PBSA, hotels)
*
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
*
Commercial awareness and understanding of construction economics
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
*
Experience across the full design cycle from Stage 1 to completion
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
