Job Title: NEC Construction Supervisor
Location: Winchester – Andover (Site-Based)
Working Pattern: 5 days per week on site
Start Date: August / September 2026 (subject to mobilisation)

Overview

Our client is seeking experienced NEC Construction Supervisors to support the delivery of major infrastructure works. This is a fully site-based role, responsible for overseeing contractor activities and ensuring compliance with NEC contract requirements, quality standards, and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the NEC Supervisor under the contract
Oversee and supervise Delivery Partner site construction activities
Liaise closely with the Asset Integrator and wider project team
Report into the Senior Project Manager (SPM) and Project Manager (PM)

Key Duties Include:

Validate contractor progress measurements (supporting PM)
Review and validate contractor payment applications (supporting QS)
Verify site safety compliance (supporting SPM/PM)
Undertake quality management activities, including:
Hold point inspections
Witnessing works
Quality audits (supporting Project Design Lead)
Support coordination of on-site dependencies and interfaces between contractors
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contractual, programme, and quality requirements
Essential Requirements
CSCS Black Card (or equivalent)
NEC Supervisor Accreditation / Experience
First Aid Certification
Water Hygiene Card
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and site supervision duties
Proven experience working in a site-based construction or infrastructure environment
Location
Site-based role between Winchester and Andover
Based at the main site compound
Full-time presence on site required (5 days per week)

Start date is expected around August / September 2026, dependent on project mobilisation
