Introduction

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a site manager to oversee a large groundworks package in Exeter.

Key Duties

Management of civil and groundworks contractors
Oversee day to day operations regarding foundations and drainage
Ensure program is delivered safely, on time and in budget
Correspondence with wider construction management team and engineers
Manage people in a proactive and effective manner

Requirements

Groundworks/Civil Background
experience withing large commercial projects
SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS
knowledgeable and driven with a commitment to work

What We Offer

Competitive Salary
10 hours a day
6 moth initial contract, possibly more
