CSCS SMSTS Assistant Site Manager

NPP are recruiting for a temporary assistant site manager to perform duties on a new build housing contract in the Birmingham area.

The role is supporting the site management team on an ongoing project liasing between management and sub-contractors.

Duties

* Onsite inductions

* Monitoring and assisting to ensure health and safety is adhered to

* Assisting in the overseeing of onsite contractors

* Assisting in the completion of works

* General duties

Requirements

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* NVQ in construction management

* Previous experience on new buld housing projects
