We are working with a well-established Building Services consultancy with a strong pipeline of secured work. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Principal or Associate Engineer to play a key role within their Plymouth office.

This position offers a combination of technical leadership, team management, and client engagement, working closely with the Office Director to support the ongoing growth of the business.

The Role

* Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects

* Support the Office Director in managing and developing the Electrical team

* Oversee project performance, resource planning, and delivery standards

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Contribute to winning new work and supporting business growth

* Mentor and support the development of junior engineers

Projects

You will be involved in a varied portfolio including:

* Healthcare

* Education (further and higher)

* Residential & mixed-use developments

* Leisure and hospitality

Requirements

* Strong electrical design experience within a Building Services consultancy

* Experience leading or managing teams

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to a high standard

* Confident in client-facing situations

* Ideally Chartered (CEng) or working towards

* Strong communication and IT skills
