Site Manager – Planned Maintenance

Location: London Borough of Ealing
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Fully Expensed Fuel Card

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-known and highly respected planned maintenance contractor, delivering a Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) scheme across Ealing.

This is a great opportunity to work on a programme of external refurbishment works across scattered, occupied properties.

Scope of Works

* External Wall Insulation (EWI)

* Roof replacements

* Window replacements

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple properties

* Supervise subcontractors and direct labour on site

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Coordinate works in occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents

* Maintain accurate site records and report on progress

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned maintenance/social housing

* Strong background delivering external works (EWI, roofing, windows)

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* Excellent organisational and communication skills
