The Role

You’ll join a collaborative Building Surveying team delivering a broad range of project‑led work. This is not a pure condition‑survey role — it’s genuinely project‑biased, giving you the chance to take ownership of schemes from inception through to completion.

Project sectors include (but not limited to):

Blue‑light (emergency services estates)

Charity & community organisations

Residential (private and social)

Healthcare (NHS and private providers)

Expect to work on refurbishments, alterations, maintenance programmes, and occasional new‑build elements, with the support of a wider multi‑disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver building surveying projects across multiple sectors

Prepare specifications, schedules of work and contract documentation

Manage contractors and oversee works on site

Provide professional advice including defect analysis and technical reporting

Support junior team members and contribute to team development

About You

MRICS qualified

Strong project delivery experience within a consultancy environment

Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and stakeholders

Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team
