The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee procurement and contract administration.
The Project Manager will lead client meetings, provide regular reporting, and ensure risks are effectively managed. This Project Manager role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Project Manager
The ideal Project Manager will have experience within a construction consultancy environment and a solid understanding of project delivery. The Project Manager should hold a relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, and ideally be working towards or have achieved professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB).
The Project Manager must be client-facing, commercially aware, and confident managing stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this Project Manager role.
