The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will lead projects across healthcare and other sectors, ensuring delivery against programme, cost, and quality objectives. The Senior Project Manager will manage stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee procurement and contract administration.
The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary client contact, providing strategic advice and ensuring strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. This Senior Project Manager will also support junior team members and contribute to overall team performance.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record within a construction consultancy environment, with strong experience delivering healthcare or complex projects. The Senior Project Manager should hold a relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, and ideally be chartered or working towards MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB.
The Senior Project Manager must be commercially aware, highly organised, and confident in a client-facing role. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this Senior Project Manager role.
