A leading international construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their London team, delivering complex schemes across public sector, hotel, and healthcare projects, with additional exposure to other sectors. The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations across time, cost, and quality. The Project Manager will manage stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee procurement and contract administration.
The Project Manager will work across public sector, healthcare, and hotel projects, with exposure to additional sectors. This Project Manager role requires independence, strong decision-making ability, and a proactive approach to project delivery.
The Project Manager
The successful Project Manager will have proven experience within a construction consultancy environment and be confident managing projects with minimal oversight. The Project Manager should hold a relevant degree (Construction Management, Project Management, or similar) and be working towards or have achieved chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB).
A full UK driving licence is required, along with a willingness to travel to project sites and occasionally within Europe. The Project Manager will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
