A growing Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add an honest and hard-working Quantity Surveyor to their team in London.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a supportive, team-focused environment where you will be given your own workload to manage, pre and post contract, and given a clear pathway to becoming a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Work wise, the new Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client facing role, take on projects throughout their entire life cycle across an array of sectors including private residential, heritage, education, and commercial.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Pre and post contract knowledge
Comfortable preparing cost plans
Has seen a project through from start to completion
