Project Manager | Main Contractor | Yorkshire | £60k – £70k + Package
We’re working with a well-established main contractor to appoint a Project Manager to deliver construction projects across Yorkshire.
Operating within their build division, you’ll take full responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to handover. Schemes typically span commercial, industrial, education and healthcare sectors, with a focus on quality delivery, programme certainty, and client satisfaction.
They are looking for a confident Project Manager who can lead from the front, managing site teams and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing.
Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
Driving programme and ensuring delivery to key milestones
Managing budgets, risks, and overall project performance
Ensuring high standards of health & safety and quality
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Overseeing project reporting and commercial performance
What You Will Need.
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment
Background delivering new build projects across commercial or industrial sectors
Strong leadership and site management capability
Good commercial awareness and understanding of project finances
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme
Excellent communication and organisational skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
