We are seeking a reliable and experienced Civils Supervisor for a long-term project based in Northallerton. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable role with a 5-year pipeline of work and the potential for a permanent transition.

The Role

As the lead on-site, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards across residential developments. Your core duties will include:

Supervising plot works and groundworks teams to ensure project timelines are met.

Conducting rigorous QA checks to maintain quality and safety compliance.

Team Leadership: Managing sub-contractors and direct labor, providing clear direction and oversight.

The Ideal Candidate

While we welcome experienced supervisors, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record working for a housing civils contractor. You should understand the pace and specific requirements of residential groundworks and infrastructure.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold the following:

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

CSCS Card

Significant experience in a supervisory capacity within the civils housing sector

Rates & Benefits

Pay: £25.50 per hour.

Payment Options: CIS, PAYE, or Umbrella (whichever suits you best).

Longevity: 5 years of contracted work with "Perm" potential for the right candidate.
