Design Manager

I’m working with a busy and growing external envelope contractor based in Dartford, with a turnover of around £40m and a strong pipeline of secured work across England.

They deliver multi-million-pound façade and cladding projects across the UK, including high-rise remediation, recladding, and new build external envelope packages. Projects are often technically complex and involve coordination across multiple stakeholders.

They’re now looking to bring in a Design Manager to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery

* Coordinating architects, consultants, and specialist subcontractors

* Reviewing and approving technical drawings and design information

* Ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications

* Supporting site teams with technical queries and design issues

Package:
£70k + car allowance + pension + life insurance + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
