Based from a prime Birmingham city centre office, you’ll be part of a high-performing pre-construction team working on a diverse pipeline of prestigious schemes.

The Role

As an Estimator / Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of competitive tenders, taking ownership of projects from early engagement through to submission. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and the supply chain to develop robust, accurate, and commercially competitive cost plans.

For those stepping into a Senior role, there will also be the opportunity to lead bids, mentor junior team members, and influence pre-construction strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and/or supporting the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

*

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify risks and opportunities

*

Managing and analysing subcontractor and supplier enquiries and returns

*

Developing cost plans, budgets, and value engineering solutions

*

Collaborating closely with design, planning, and commercial teams

*

Presenting and justifying cost proposals internally and to clients

*

Supporting and mentoring junior estimators (Senior level)
