About the opportunity:

My client is recruiting permanently for an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Director in leading and managing complex inner city centre enabling works projects with values up to £10M within time, budget and with health and safety at the forefront.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the complete life cycle production of projects, from pre-construction phase through to completion, meaning overall accountability for project team management and delegation; programme delivery; client and contractor relationship; financial control and resource planning.

This opportunity offers a salary between £90,000 – £100,000 per annum, although there may be flexibility on this due to level of experience. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered which will include private health care, pension and travel expenses will be covered.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this senior opportunity, it is vital that you have proven experience of working within the cut &carve, demolition and structural alterations sector, whilst employed by a specialist subcontractor or main contractor in the South East. Professional experience must demonstrate success in managing complex inner city centre projects with minimum values of £5M and you must be able to demonstrate a stable career history, holding each previous appointment for a minimum of 3 years.

You will be degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar and must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience operating at the Operations Management level.
