Project Architect
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect (circa 5–10 years post-Part 3) to join a well-established, medium-sized architectural practice in Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of major high-rise buildings, contributing to landmark residential and mixed-use developments of up to 25 storeys, as well as specialist care homes, listed building conversions, and bespoke private residences.
You will take ownership of significant projects from concept through to completion, with a particular focus on high-rise and mixed-use schemes, working closely with senior leadership and playing an active role in shaping both projects and the wider direction of the practice.
Crucially, this position is being viewed as a long-term strategic hire. The practice is actively looking to invest in an ambitious individual who is keen to progress beyond a standard Project Architect role. For the right candidate, there is a clear and supported pathway into senior leadership, with the opportunity to play a key role in the future succession planning of the business. This makes it an ideal opportunity for a driven Project Architect or emerging Senior Architect who is looking to step up, take on more responsibility, and grow into a leadership position over time.
