Mechanical Estimator (M&E)

Kent | £70,000 – £80,000 + Package

A long-established, family-owned M&E contractor in Kent is looking to bring an experienced Mechanical Estimator into the business as part of its continued growth.

This is a company built on repeat business and long-term relationships, offering a more stable and personable working environment compared to larger contractors.

You'll be involved across the full estimating lifecycle, including:

Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and specifications
Producing detailed take-offs and cost plans for mechanical packages
Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
Supporting the preparation and submission of tenders
Identifying risks and opportunities within bidsTo be considered, you should have:

Experience in mechanical estimating within M&E / building services
Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines
