Introduction

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a site manager with a specialism in external envelope (roofing/cladding) on a large commercial project in Exeter

Key Duties

Management of external works contractors
Oversee day to day operations regarding foundations and drainage
Ensure program is delivered safely, on time and in budget
Correspondence with wider construction management team and engineers
Manage people in a proactive and effective manner

Requirements

Externals background, particularly within roofing and/or cladding
experience within large commercial projects
SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS
knowledgeable and driven with a commitment to work

What We Offer

Competitive Salary
10 hours a day
6 moth initial contract, possibly more
