Chartered Building Surveyor

Responsibilities

* Deliver project and professional building surveying services

* Manage refurbishment projects through all stages

* Prepare dilapidations and technical due diligence reports

* Undertake surveys and condition assessments

* Advise on CDM regulations and party wall matters

Requirements

* MRICS Chartered status

* RICS accredited degree or equivalent

* Experience across project and professional instructions

* Multi-sector project exposure

* Strong technical and commercial understanding

Salary & Package

* £55,000 – £65,000 base salary

* Discretionary bonus
