Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading cost and project management construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in central London, in Southwark.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

As a company they cover a range of projects including Commercial, Residential, Leisure and Hotel, but the Quantity Surveyor will be coming in to join and support the Commercial team. Initially the Quantity Surveyor will be working on two projects, the first one is a refurbishment/extension of a 600,00 sqft office building and the second is the is the replacement of two towers with 2 brad new mixed use/commercial towers.

With support from a MRICS Partner, the Quantity Surveyor will be running projects through all stages, strengthening your pre and post contract knowledge.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Ideally worked on Residential or Hotel projects
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience within a private practice / consultancy
Strong Pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?
