Senior Quantity Surveyor

A continuously growing Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across a diverse array of residential and restoration projects across the Northwest, providing a diverse QS/EA/PM role.

Alongside project delivery, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Partners to grow their Manchester QS team and presence – getting involved in marketing and business development opportunities.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Experience in a PQS Construction Consultancy
Good Pre and Post contract
Commutable to Manchester
Ideally previous residential experience
EA / PM experience would be a plusIn Return?

£60,000 – £70,000
