A pair of mates set this business up 5 years ago now and the fly-wheel seems to have taken off. The first couple of years turnover was £700k and this year it's risen to £3.7m and looks like it will increase naturally again for the next couple of years.

They work specifically in the social housing sector: kitchens and bathrooms, mould repairs etc. Subbing into large companies like Lovells, Wates, Ian Williams.

The business is at a point where they can't grow any further without this commercial appointment.

You will need to put process and structure in place to help with the business's cash flow and make the operation smoother. The owners are doing too much at the minute and things are getting missed. Volume of work is high and invoices are smaller, circa £4k.

The Role

Your key roles will be implementing structure/process, document ledgering, payment applications, capturing variations

This is a great chance to earn some good money with salary up to £60k for the right person + Bonus structure and fuel card.
Also great opportunity for progression to join a company at this stage that want to get large and you could become a Commercial Director very quickly
