Site Manager

Reginald Gray have been engaged by a key client to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a £7m new build private residence in Oxfordshire.

Working alongside a dedicated Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional standards expected within the prime residential sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-specification, bespoke residential build, where attention to detail and quality of finish are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety standards.

* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades, maintaining high levels of workmanship and site organisation.

* Monitor progress against the construction programme, identifying and addressing any delays or issues.

* Maintain a strong on-site presence, ensuring all works meet the high-end specification and client expectations.

* Enforce strict health & safety procedures and ensure full compliance with regulations and company policies.

* Liaise closely with the Project Manager, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and site performance.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the prime or high-end residential sector.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and quality control.

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades effectively.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent).

* A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional standards.
