Senior Building Surveyor

Responsibilities

* Deliver project management and contract administration duties

* Undertake site and condition surveys with detailed reporting

* Provide defect diagnosis and remedial advice

* Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects

* Advise on party wall and dilapidations matters

Requirements

* MRICS Chartered status

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* Minimum two years post-qualification experience

* Experience across project and professional surveying work

* Technical understanding of compliance and refurbishment projects

Salary & Package

* £55,000 – £68,000 base salary

* Discretionary annual bonus
