An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, offering strong technical development and clear progression into a senior role, with the opportunity to help grow and shape an expanding architectural department.
Are you experienced in Revit? Are you looking for a role offering progression and development?
This established consultancy delivers a wide range of projects across the public and private sectors, including education, commercial, and residential schemes. With a strong client base including local authorities and a growing pipeline of work, the business is now looking to strengthen its architectural capability and build a dedicated in-house team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in that growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings while supporting the delivery of refurbishment, new build, extension, and retrofit projects. You will collaborate closely with surveyors, architects, engineers, and clients, contributing to technical documentation and project development. There is also the opportunity to carry out site visits.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience using Revit in a similar role. This is an office-based role with the option of hybrid working based in Greenwich.

The Role:
– Prepare detailed architectural drawings using Revit
– Develop 3D models using SketchUp
– Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants
– Support the production of technical documentation
– Work on a variety of projects including refurbishments, new builds, and retrofits
The Person:
– Experience with Revit
– Background in a similar role
– Motivated to develop and progress within a growing team
– Open, hardworking, and passionate about their work
– Commutable distance to Greenwich
