Site Manager – Cladding Project (Planned Maintenance)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Package
Location: London (scattered sites)

We are working with a well-known and highly respected planned maintenance construction company who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver a 5–6 storey cladding remediation project for L&Q across multiple residential properties in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a focus on quality, safety, and long-term client relationships.

The Role
You will take full responsibility for managing cladding works across a number of low- to mid-rise residential blocks. Given the scattered nature of the sites, this role will require strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple work fronts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple locations

* Manage subcontractors, site teams, and programme delivery

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and stakeholders

* Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure H&S compliance

* Report progress and manage any issues proactively

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on cladding or external envelope projects

* Experience working on occupied residential schemes (essential)

* Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Must have own car and be willing to travel between sites

* £60,000 – £65,000 salary (depending on experience)
