About the Role

We are seeking experienced Lead Restoration Technicians to join our South West London team. You will take a leading role on site, overseeing restoration works and supporting technicians to deliver high-quality service across residential and commercial properties.

This is a hands-on field role where you will be responsible for leading jobs, ensuring technical standards are met, and supporting the successful completion of restoration projects within your allocated postcode area.

Working Pattern

08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday (site-based)
Start and finish directly at client sites
No overtime payment (salary reflects revised structure and reduced travel time)
Work allocated within South West London to minimise travel time

On-Call Rota

1 in 10 weeks on-call requirement
Allowance paid:

£30 per weekday
£50 per weekend day

Payment applies even if not called out
Additional earning potential up to approx. £250 per on-call week

Key Responsibilities

Lead restoration works on site across South West London properties
Supervise and support Restoration Technicians
Carry out site assessments and determine appropriate restoration methods
Ensure all works are completed to required technical and safety standards
Manage job progress, reporting, and documentation
Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures
Support and guide junior team members where required

What We’re Looking For

Experience in restoration/mitigation (water, fire, mould damage, etc.)
Previous supervisory or lead technician experience preferred
Strong technical understanding of restoration equipment and processes
Confident decision-maker on site
Good communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence required
