Site Manager
About the role of Site Manager
You'll be running a £12m industrial project made up of two units in Westcliff-on-Sea. This isn't a plug-and-play job – you'll be involved from enabling works and groundworks right through to final fit out, managing the full lifecycle on site.
There's a strong client-facing element here, so you'll need to be sharp, professional, and comfortable holding your own in meetings while representing both the contractor and the client properly.
Responsibilities for Site Manager
Manage the full project from enabling works through to completion
Coordinate all subcontractors and keep the programme moving
Maintain high health & safety and quality standards across site
Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with client and stakeholders

Proven experience delivering projects as a Site Manager, ideally industrial builds

£275 – £315 per day (CIS)
18-month contract on a secured project
