Project Manager

Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of an Leading Main Contractor in the UK Market who have a really exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to be the No 1 on a £40m+ Residential project in North London. 

The organisation we represent have a fantastic reputation delivering engineering, build and construction services on a respected range of projects throughout the UK and are constantly growing and developing their organisation.

The successful candidate will be required to have previous experience working large Residential projects and have a previous track record of working to a high-quality standard in a safe manner and to agreed timescales. 

Skills & Experience:

5 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge residential projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience of working to tight deadlines

Experience managing various sites

Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel

Strong time management skills

Hard working and ambitious

Qualifications:

Must be qualified to degree level
