What they’re looking for from the Building Regulations Principal Designer:

* Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act

* Experience acting as a Building Regulations Principal Designer

* HRB and Gateway 2 experience highly desirable

* Ability to work confidently with clients, design teams and contractors

* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
