We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a planned works programme based around the Atherstone (CV9) area and surrounding locations.

This is a temporary contract for approximately 20 weeks, with the potential for extension.

Works include:
• EWI (External Wall Insulation)
• Window & Door Installations
• Partial Roofing Works
• Flat Roofing
• Gas Works
• Electrical Works

Requirements:
• SMSTS
• CSCS Gold Card or above
• Able to pass a basic DBS check
• Strong background managing planned works/contracts

Rate:
£32.00 per hour – CIS or Umbrella
