The Opportunity
A strong opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing fit out contractor delivering hospitality, leisure and student accommodation projects across the South of England.
This role offers exposure to fast-paced refurbishment and fit out schemes across pubs, restaurants, hotels and student accommodation, working closely with operational teams on projects across the M4, M5 and M25 corridors.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the commercial delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects.
* Producing CVRs, forecasts and commercial reporting.
* Managing subcontract procurement and packages.
* Producing valuations, variations and final accounts.
* Monitoring project costs and profitability.
* Supporting project delivery teams across multiple live projects.
* Travelling to project sites when required.
About You
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit out or refurbishment.
* Background in pubs, restaurants, hotels or student accommodation preferred.
* Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable working across multiple fast-track projects.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
* Located within commuting distance of the Bristol office.
