The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a growing SME house builder delivering a significant residential development in the Cotswolds.

This role offers the chance to take full operational responsibility for a live housing scheme while joining a business entering an exciting period of sustained growth.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

* Managing day-to-day operations across a live housing development.

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and trades.

* Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.

* Maintaining health & safety and site compliance.

* Managing quality control and finishing standards.

* Liaising with internal departments and project stakeholders.

* Supporting site reporting and delivery performance.

About You

* Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within house building.

* Strong track record delivering medium to large housing developments.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Organised and commercially aware.

* Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business.
