London | £50–60k base + benefits + bonus

Selling innovation. Driving growth. Making a real impact.

An ambitious, fast-scaling HVAC innovator is looking for a Business Development Manager to help accelerate its expansion across the Built Environment.

This is a chance to represent a patented, low-energy cooling and heating solution that genuinely challenges conventional systems — reducing energy use, lowering carbon impact, and unlocking modern retrofit and low-energy projects.

Why this role stands out:

* A highly differentiated product with strong sustainability credentials

* Clear growth plans and increasing market interest

* Specification-led sales environment with real momentum

* Freedom to shape the role and build long-term influence

* Strong backing, training, and a collaborative sales team

What you’ll be doing:

* Opening doors and building influence with developers, consultants, architects and contractors

* Identifying and driving high-quality projects through the sales pipeline

* Representing the business at industry events, CPDs and thought leadership sessions

* Developing long-term relationships that lead to repeat business

* Feeding market insight back into marketing and product development

This is a true business development role — visibility, presence, credibility and follow‑through matter.

What you will have:

* A commercially driven BDM with experience in HVAC, comfort cooling or high-spec technical products

* Comfortable selling into the Built Environment and working with multiple stakeholders

* Someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and being part of a growth story

* Professional, personable and confident in front of technical audiences

The reward

* Join a business on the rise, not standing still

* Sell a product you can genuinely believe in

* Develop your career as the company grows around you

If you’re looking for a role where good sales ability + the right product = real results, this is worth a conversation
