The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll take ownership of multiple planned refurbishment contracts across London, all within occupied social housing environments.

Projects are varied, high-value, and purposeful, including:

* Decarbonisation programmes

* Building safety upgrades

* Compliance works

* Planned maintenance

* Damp & mould remediation

You’ll be trusted to lead from the front — managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while keeping residents at the heart of everything.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading multiple refurbishment projects from inception to completion

* Managing site teams and supply chain partners

* Driving programme delivery, quality, and commercial performance

* Building strong relationships with clients and residents

* Reporting directly to the Operations Director on progress and performance

* Ensuring best-in-class health & safety and compliance standards

About You

* Proven Contracts Manager experience within social/affordable housing

* Strong background in planned refurbishment, especially in occupied properties

* Knowledge of decarbonisation, compliance, or building safety projects is highly desirable

* A proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives results

* Commercially aware with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
