Earthworks Supervisor

Teamforce Labour require a SSSTS/SMSTS Earthworks Site Supervisor for immediate start in Tilbury.

Requirements:

Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Proven Earthworks experience
Experience in heavy plant operations
Strong site supervision and leadership skills
Ability to manage site operations safely and efficiently
Up-to-date CV requiredRoles & Responsibilities:

Supervising earthworks operations on site
Overseeing heavy plant operations and plant coordination
Managing site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
Conducting daily briefings and maintaining health & safety standards
Coordinating plant, materials, and labour on site
Reporting progress and liaising with management teamsWhat’s on Offer:
