Architect / Architectural Technologist – up to £45,000

A well-established architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their growing team, delivering complex healthcare and large-scale public sector projects across the UK. This is a strong opportunity for someone confident in technical delivery, coordination, and stakeholder management across RIBA Stages 3–5.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect / Architectural Technologist role: 

Lead and support project delivery through RIBA Stages 3–5 
Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction packages using Revit 
Manage client and stakeholder engagement, including NHS trusts and contractors 
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and specialist consultants 
Manage RFIs, technical queries, and on-site design resolution 
Support compliance with UK Building Regulations and healthcare standards 
Contribute to BREEAM and sustainability targets Key Requirements for this Architect / Architectural Technologist role: 

ARB registered Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist 
Strong Revit proficiency (essential) 
Experience delivering complex healthcare, public sector, or large-scale refurbishment projects 
Strong technical design and construction detailing ability 
Proven coordination and stakeholder management skills 
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
