An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a highly respected and established residential developer based in Kent.

This business has built an excellent reputation within the market, with a strong established client base, repeat business, and a long-term secured pipeline of work — offering genuine stability and career progression.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

* Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

* Producing detailed take-offs

* Liaising closely with commercial and technical teams

* Supporting land appraisals and feasibility studies

* Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing enquiries

Ideal Background:

* Experience working for a housebuilder or residential developer

* Strong estimating experience within new build housing

* Excellent commercial awareness

* Ability to manage multiple tenders/projects

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
