I’m working with a leading Tier 1 social housing main contractor on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join as a Permanent Manager on a 10 Year Contract Stream of Works.
The Project The works involve day to day Site Management tasks including renovation of Kitchen & Bathrooms to Social Housing properties, within live occupied residential environments. Experience working in social housing, local authority, or occupied blocks is essential.
This is a highly client-facing role, requiring someone comfortable managing:
day-to-day site operations.
resident liaison / live environment challenges.
subcontractor coordination.
H&S and programme management.
reporting and site documentation.
Opening 10 properties a week – overseeing 20 at a time.They are looking for
Proven Site Manager experience in occupied residential / social housing
Strong live environment / client-facing background
Good IT literacy – Tablet/Laptop use – Microsoft Office Savvy (site reporting, emails, progress updates)
Comfortable running day-to-day site duties autonomously
Available for a Mid- May StartRequired tickets
