The Opportunity
The successful “Senior Building Surveyor” or "Quantity Surveyor" will play a key role in delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as Project Manager Employers Agent across a range of projects
Preparing and administering contract documentation
Coordinating and managing project delivery through pre and post-contract stages
Chairing progress meetings and issuing project reports
Monitoring contractor performance against programme, quality, and compliance
Managing project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts
Supporting successful project completion, handover, and defects management
Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery The Ideal Candidate
The successful “Senior Building Surveyor” or "Quantity Surveyor" will have:
MRICS qualified or working towards Chartership
Previous experience within an Employers Agent or Quantity Surveying role
Residential or commercial project experience
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage projects independently whilst working collaboratively within a team
