Banksman

Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) are currently looking for an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshall to work on a busy housing development in Crewe. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety by managing vehicle movements and ensuring safe access around the project.

Duties Include:

* Directing and guiding site traffic, deliveries, and plant machinery safely around site

* Banking wagons and plant using correct hand signals and radio communication

* Ensuring pedestrian walkways and vehicle routes remain safe and clear

* Assisting with site access and gate duties when required

* Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

* Communicating effectively with drivers, site operatives, and management

* Helping with general labouring duties when needed

Requirements:

* Valid Banksman / Traffic Marshall ticket

* Valid CSCS card

* Previous experience working on housing or construction sites

* Full PPE

* Good communication skills and awareness of site safety procedures

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
